Sides meet, but minds don’t, between Lakewood and STARability
Last Friday, Aug. 11, the Lakewood neighborhood had a double dose of cold water poured on its efforts to keep the neighborhood as it has been for nearly 50 years. But its leaders say that won’t stop it from fighting.
