A Collier County judge ordered the woman accusing Commissioner Rick LoCastro of battery to turn over the bill she says she paid at the London Club and medical records detailing a wrist injury and deviated septum. Collier County Judge Rob Crown also granted defense attorney Donald Day’s motion asking the prosecution to provide him with the sworn and audio statements the former girlfriend provided to the Marco Island Police Department and photos officers took; all calls made to the Naples Police Department the night of the alleged incident; and the recorded phone statement she provided to Naples Police.
