A Facebook memory popped into Charles Mereday’s feed this spring, reminding the chef of the special event dubbed the “Food Fight.” It put a smile on Mereday’s face back in Evansville, Indiana, where the executive chef of Cosmos Bistro started thinking about throwing some friendly culinary punches with his old friend in Naples, Brian Roland.
