Warrior Homes receives $5K grant to support Collier veterans

Warrior Homes of Collier received a $5,000 grant from First Foundation Bank to support its mission of ending veteran homelessness in Collier County. The nonprofit operates six residences in the Naples area, including Delta House, a 10-unit complex for up to 20 veterans. Warrior Homes also connects veterans to mental health counseling, peer support and educational opportunities. Ninety-five percent of all donations directly support its programs.

Aura at Metropolitan Naples reaches ninth floor in buildout

Construction continues on Aura at Metropolitan Naples, which has reached its ninth floor on the way to 15 stories. The luxury tower will feature 56 residences ranging from 1,890 to more than 6,300 square feet, with pricing from $2 million to more than $7 million. Each home includes private terraces, premium appliances and elevated parking above Federal Emergency Management Agency flood guidelines. Amenities include a rooftop sky pool, yoga studio, fitness center and indoor-outdoor social level. Aura follows the opening of Ascent earlier this year, with a third tower planned for next year.
