    SALES

    Argeo Horseshoe LLC purchased a 39,529-square-foot industrial building on 1.73 acres at 2884 Horseshoe Drive S. in East Naples from Gary R. Van Cleef for $10.25 million. Bill Young and Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates Naples-Fort Myers represented the seller.

    Collier County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, purchased 4,471 square feet of building space on 0.53 acres at 11103 Tamiami Trail E. in East Naples from RJJ LLP for $1.25 million. Clint L. Sherwood, CCIM, of Investment Properties Corp. represented the seller.

    LEASES

    Concepts by 26 Degrees LLC leased 2,400 square feet of commercial space at 5430 Yahl St., Suite B, in North Naples from Nin-Yahl LLC. Shawn McManus of Investment Properties Corp. represented the lessor and lessee.

    LEASES

    UBS Financial Services Inc. leased 13,621 square feet on the fifth and seventh floors at 801 Laurel Oak Drive in North Naples from Laurel Oak 801 LLC. Rob Carroll of Investment Properties Corp. represented the lessor, and Andy May of Cushman & Wakefield represented the lessee.
