    Pilots disagreed where to put jet down

    Analyst: Pilot interaction affected dynamics of cockpit

    Pilot Edward Daniel Murphy, 50, of Oakland Park, and First Officer, or copilot, Ian Frederick Hofmann, 65, of Pompano Beach, died on Feb. 9, 2024, when both engines of their Bombardier Challenger 604 executive jet shut off as they approached Naples Airport.
